Anyone ever play Tales of Symphonia. Scythe and I have been playing through it together. It simply is the best adventure games I have ever played on a console. Anyone looking for a great game to get hooked to, should check this out.

The Japanime look it has is enough to make me despise it. The hairstyles of Final Fantasy is bad enough but when they go all out shell-shaded/5 year olds saving the world/big eyes/funny hair/crap, its just screaming JAPAN...and Japan sucks!
But i haven't played it so i haven no real opinion. ;D
How old are the characters anyways? 5 was a bit of an exaggeration, I'll give them 7...possibly 8.

I loved Tales of Symphonia! It's been a LONG time since I've played it though. Can't really remember too much except that it was probably my favorite game for the Gamecube. Maybe I'll play it again

Play it again! I just did. Great replay value, I.M.O.
@ Ape: I guess the youngest of the characters in the party is around 12, but the others range from 17 to 4000+, and the voice acting present throughout pretty much the entire game is enough to keep you from confusing them with, say, five-year-olds.

It still doesn't change the Japanime art style, which i despise. I can't judge the gampley or anything like that, but the art style? I hate it.

I'm not a fan of cell shaded graphics myself. That's why I never played Windwaker. The complexity of the story along with the gameplay is more than to keep you interested on this one though.
