0.o Forgot to mention in my last post that i finished and unlocked everything (i think) on Mario Kart DS...which is the best DS game so far...not that it has much competition *shrug* Did you hear about The New Super Mario Bros? That might give Mario Kart DS a run for its' money?

Is the game actually called The New Super Mario Bros or could you just not think of the name? And i'm guessing its going to suck because by the sound of it its going to be a sidescrolling peice of crap that uses 2 buttons (1 to move left and 1 to jump) with a graphics engine equal to or worse than that of the NES. In other words, just play the original super mario bros instead of paying 30 bucks for another game that will be remarkably similar to the one on your NES or SNES. Although, i know nothing about the game, i've never even heard of it i don't think. I'm just taking a very educated guess. Post 2: Tetris DS. Thats right, i BEAT Tetris. After you get past level 20 in the standard mode the credits roll and you get a new game mode where it is endless (instead of stopping at 20) Now i'm trying to play through The Suffering: Ties that Bind but its not very fun and i'm not very inspired to play it. After that i have to get back to Kingdom Hearts 2 and Black, but that will probably never happen since Unreal Tournament should be coming in the mail soon. (the game i paid $8 for!) Post 3: Finished Unreal Tournament on Novice setting in less than 1 day. Obviously far to easy, i'm already playing through it again on a higher difficulty. I got to the last boss on The Suffering: Ties that Bind but never finished it because UT came in the mail. It has got to be the worst "boss" i've ever fought. Post 4: I think i need to be merged... I was waiting for someone else to post but oh well... Spartan: Total Warrior PS2 Ok...nothing great but nothing to terrible either. Has it's good points and it's bad. Has a boss in the middle that makes you want to shoot yourself. NEW Super Mario Bros. DS Ok, technically its a decent game...but god dammit Nintendo, why do you ALWAYS have to be so fuzzucking lazy? They have the technology to make a good game. If you go back in my posts you'll see that i beat a game called "Super Mario 64 DS" This is the Super Mario 64 game that was brought to the DS. My question is, they wanted to make a Mario game, so why the hell did they not make a NEW Super Mario 64 DS?? More proof that all Nintendo wants to do is recycle old characters they've been using for the past 30 years and put no effort and just make a big 'ol profit because people are dumbasses and buy Mario because he's "old school' Really, the game isn't bad, but i don't see why they didn't make it full 3-D and similar to the 64 version, as opposed to this side-scrolling crap. Played through a good bit of Tribes: Aerial Assault but then i had to return it. Never did finish Jak II because i bought Black...and i never finished Black because i bought Kingdom Hearts 2...and i never beat Kingdom Hearts 2 because i bought The Suffering: Ties that Bind...which sucked and i never finished because i bought Unreal Tournament. I got to the last difficulty setting on Unreal Tournament but then bought Gran Turismo 4. I played through a good bit of that but then got a new PC. Now i'm playing through the campaign of Warcraft III. I'm hoping i'll finish it before Unreal Tournament 2004 comes in the mail. Yes...i'm in a bad situation here...need to stop buying and start playing. Note: Merging this with my last 3 posts may exceed the character limit. If so, HUZZAH!! I legally double post. THE SYSTEM CAN'T CONTAIN ME!! AHHH!!! Post 5: Kingdom Hearts 2 Very good game. One of the few typical 10-year-old-with-funny-hair-saving-the-world games that i actually like. Storyline is at first intensely confusing, but eventually becomes clear with a powerful message. At first i didn't think it was as good as the first but after i got about midway through i started to think otherwise. The game lasted about 27 hours and there was alot of stuff i didn't play though, alot of extra/side missions i didn't mess with. I rushed through it at the end because Flatout 2 should be arriving int the mail so i HAD to get it done. Played it for 4 hours straight to finish it. *twitch* My only complaint is the final boss battle kinda sucked. It just didn't seem very cool really. I didn't feel like i overcame some massive obstacle or anything like that. What makes the ending so great is the story elements though, so the ending is still very good, just not in a boss-battle sort of way. Edit: Merged my 5 posts, now going to make my 6th as a new post as i'm not sure if it will fit in the character limit.

Flatout 2, finished AND perfected. This game is GREAT! Great car degradation, great environments (although limited), great aggressive AI, everything about it is done well...except for a few small things. For one, you can't choose the number of laps you want to race. Not a big deal, but would be a plus for the figure-8 track, the driving can be frustrating and in the beginning the courses can be a little confusing, among other things. However, there are so many good things about this game that you won't pay too much attention to these very small faults. What i liked most about the game is how you connect to the other drivers. Alot of games have you racing against random cars or nameless drivers. In this game you will get to know the other drivers well, and with each race know who you need to run into a wall and who you need to bump up in the rankings to knock you main competition further down in the ranks. Sure, plenty of games do this, but not on the level of this game. You will quite frequently find yourself screaming "Jack Benton, you asshat" or "I want to Forking kill you, Sofia" And back to the degrading of the cars...wow. I admit, that like all other derby games (or car games in general) the cars degrade in very similar ways everytime (not that each car degrades the same, but if you race with the same car multiple times, that care will degrade in similar ways)...but Flatout 2 does it best. Its not one of those games where if you get hit in the Front/RIGHT of the car the whole front in gets smashed in. Instead, the FRONT/RIGHT of the car will crumble only. If you get hit in the back fender, the whole side of your car ISN'T going to get dented, but rather just the back fender. Some of the best collision-detection you can find in such a complex parts-flying-everywhere type of game. Highly Recommend.

Jak II I Forking HATE this game!! Its not that it's challenging...its just plain Forking annoying. You'll play for half an hour, fall in a hole and have to play that entire half-hour over again. This is generally typical for most platformer-like games, but this one will drive you CRAZY! I'm surprised i made it through the whole thing without injuring myself (or my PS2). However, the storyline is great. Loved the storyline. Hate the game play. Not worth the money (glad it wasn't me that bought it) Edit- Don't think i ever mentioned that i played through the Unreal Tournament 2007 campaign a couple times. The campaign is ok until the last level, which makes you want rip your keyboard off its cord and throw it at your monitor. Malcom is the final boss, and even on the easiest difficulty he is Forking frustrating. I can play through the rest of the campaign on some of the hardest difficulties though. -.- Also i was playing through the WC3 campaigns when i got stuck. Actually i got on a level and died twice, and didn't feel like trying it again (think i was orcs, started on a map and got overrun by elves right at the beginning, second try i just focused on building a defense and trying to defend myself, but got overrun again)

Dirge of Cerberus (The FFVII Sequel)
This game was INCREDIBLY easy on normal mode. almost wasn't worth playing. However, i can see this game being really good if you bring it up to hard mode, or very hard if you have to. The storyline wasn't all that bad, but as to be expected, not nearly as good as the original.
This game is a 3rd person shooter, in which you get to equipr three guns at a time. In all there are three types of guns: the pistol (which you use for 90 % of the game), the machine gun (would be useless if you didnt run out of pistol ammo easy), and the sniper (which you rarely use). you can equipr different upgrades to each gun with makes things ALOT cooler than expected (The upgrades make HUGE differences alot of the time).
You are also able to transform into the galian beast like VIncent was able to do in 7. However, it may be jacked, but when i played, i tended to find i only used to to regain HP since you get full health when you turn into it.
Normal mode was just too damn easy, i never died once. If you do get this game, It'll probably be ALOT better on hard, trust me.
RATING: 4.5 out of 10

I got the 3-star rating on ALL the missions on Mario Kart DS. W00t? I still play the game...pretty sweet. Not sure what the requirements are to get a 3-star ratiing the Grand Prix races so i'm not sure what i'm supposed to do there. Hrmm.
Also got all 3 stars on NEW Super Mario Bros. DS. I'm thinking thats all i have to do because there's nothing else to do...i think...
Although maybe not related, i will have EVERY quest completed on Runescape within the next week or so. 217 quest points at the moment. w00tness.
I havn't been playing the PS2 for awhile. Mostly just waiting for the Next Gen Console.

My game playing has slowed... But i finished up Diablo II (+expansion) on normal difficulty with a Druid a little while ago. I'll start going through it again on Nightmare difficulty and i think i want to start a couple new characters aswell. Damn this game and its addictiveness! Baal was horrible with my character. It was based around a summonable creature, which i have learned die quickly against bosses. Was using a Druid tank with werebear and a spirit of the barbs. I'm sure there is a name for it...i just don't know it. It doesn't work well when your spirit of the barbs dies in 2 seconds. Gonna start a new druid maxing out poison creeper and then focussing on elemental skills, most likely the arctic blast and a few points in some other things for cold-immune things. I'm sure there is a name for this too...i just don't know that one either. >_<

Oh man, I don't think I can even begin to list everything I have beaten since my last post. I'll try though!
Donkey Kong: Jungle Climber(I think thats the title?) for the DS. HATED it at first. I was expecting a side-scroller. Dammit Nintendo, you suck at making games unless they are traditional side scrollers!!! Howerver, this turned out to be really fun. Go figure. Maybe Nintendo is finally starting to non-suck. I even went back after finishing it and collected every last coin and whatnot to get it 100 percent completed.
Some Rayman game for the DS. Terrible. Really terrible. I won't be going back to 'perfect' this one.
Finally unlocked all the bonus items for Age of Mythology for the DS. Cool stuff.
Replayed Flatout 2 after my file got corrupted somehow. Normally I would be pissed off about this, but this game is so damn amazing I was glad that I was 'forced' to play through it again. =)
I would have been playing through a ton of games over the past 3 weeks, but I got caught up in one of my old games, Soul Cailibur III. So much fun, I used to have just about everything unlocked, having spent probably over 100+ hours playing through the game with every character multiple times, playing through chronicles, etc. My file somehow got deleted, but I'm having a ton of fun unlocking everything again.
I'll probably be playing Diablo alot soon. I had a sudden urge to play it when my computer was down and now i'm suddenly all excited to play it again. =)

PS2: God of War 2 Amazing! Loved it. It got a little dry for a little while. Seemed like they added a bunch of tasks and side-thingies just to increase the games length. Seriously, greatest games ever! SSX 3 Maxed out 3 characters stats. Its fun, especially since I bought it for $12 Jackass: The Game My sister bought this. Now, I'd buy any DVD with the Jackass logo on it. But a video game? Not so much. I tried it out...and, well, its bad. I finished it in 1 morning, its THAT short. It has a few cool minigames but other than that, bleh! DS: Legend of Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass Thats right Sean!! You heard me, I played a Legend of Zelda game. I gotta say, I really enjoyed it. There was one problem. You had to repeatedly return to this damn Ocean King temple, which is a stealthy/frustraingly-annoying temple that makes you want to stab people. I would have enjoyed it more if I wasn't constantly dreading having to go back to that damn place again. Other than that, really fun game. ;D

Eragon for Game Boy Advance Follows the book storyline more closely than the movie, but has the movie characters on the cover. Go figure. As far as gameplay goes, it's pretty entertaining... there's a lot of walking around doing random-encounter stuff on the map, but that's still combat, which is fun, and you need it to level up enough to uncover all the spells/items. I might run through the game again just to make sure there are no secrets I missed.

I've finished the Main Quest on Oblivion. As well as tje Main Quest on the Shivering Isles, plus the Knights of the Nine plug-in. I'm the grand champion of the arena and master of the fighters guild. I have some 100+ quests complete and 90+ hours of gameplay, and I'm only level 33. I havn't even touched the Dark Brotherhood, Thieves Guild, or Mages Guild quests. Plus who knows how many quests I havn't discovered yet. The game is crazy big.

Super Mario Galaxy
-Meh very mediorcre game. It was no where near as good as Mario 64, and it got somewhat repetitive, though I don't regret buying it, I was just expecting more from it.
the best part i would say were the boss battles, minus bowser. All of those were just big let downs.
6.5/10
P.S.- Super smash bros. Brawl is freakin amazing!

I finished Mario Party DS earlier today. It was extremely frustrating at times because a large part of the game is based on luck and, go figure, the computer players always get the EXACT NUMBER they need.
You know, when I was a kid, I was a little naive. I used to think the computer cheated. How silly, now I know they do, dammit.
Damn cheaters...

I played through the campaign of Unreal Tournament III already. Man, this game is perty. I hate how Assault is missing. It wasn't my favorite game type, but it was still alot of fun. I play through Robot Factory on UT2k4 almost every time I play it. Warfare is fun, but it's really just Onslaught with a few extra features. That's not a bad thing, Onslaught was fun as hell. But I'm pretty sure they were hyping Warfare to be this huge gametype combining Assault and Onslaught, but that isn't really true. It's just Onslaught, and some levels have mini-objectives (like controlling a bridge will allow you to lower it and take a tank across, controlling a 'flood node' for 1 minute on one map will cause the enemy base to get flooded and their Core will take damage, etc.) Once again, this isn't a bad thing. Onslaught + Mini-objectivess = a ton of fun. Warfare is great. Capture the flag is just a frustrating as it's always been. The graphics are just amazing. Seriously, it's beautiful. When I saw my favorite DM map, Decks, in HD on this game. Wow, I fell in love. Its great. I could never have imagined video games would look like this one day. Oh, and the new Necris vehicles are INSANE. Awesome game, well worth the $40, I'll be getting alot more time out of this game in the future. But first, I gotta play through Grand Theft Auto 4, which I bought yesterday.

I've finished Grand Theft Auto IV. It's amazing. Love it, and I still have a TON of stuff to do in it. Highly recommended!
Edit: Oh yea, and I've completed the Story Mode on Mario Party DS wih every available character, which has resulted in me having 21,000 MP points...... *loser*
