hmm, this is an interesting mix. i have a few points to make and i will list them.
1) Why Phage? i hope you know that T&Ning a Phage still kills you.
2) Spyglass? no wonder LD kills you. even if you choose not to play it game 1, its becomes a dead card which something you dont want against LD. also, its as mediocre as card draw gets.
3) 4 MD Naturalizes? its a metagame call, really, so ill leave this one alone.
4) drop the cloaks. they are too expensive for what 2 more greaves can do. if you like the evasion, think of it this way. its hard to evade a 4/4 flyer and/or an 11/11 trample indie.
5) you may want fetchlands in here. it will thin out your deck, giving you a chance at better draws. also, using Windswept Heaths and 2 plains allows you to splash white (as do the Talismans) for Worship SB (and possible hardcast Abunas), which makes Goblins cry and gives LD something to work around.
6) Jens are superior to Wood Elves. i suggest replacing the elves.
7) this is a personal preference, but i dont care for Stalking Stones. its really up to you, though. i would have 2-3 Nexi instead. (on second thought, i dont like Nexi in here either. screw it, stick with Stones)
8) i think Ob. Stones will help. reset buttons are always nice, especially when you need time to set up a combo.
so, this is what i would do.

+2 Jens
+2 Greaves
+4 Oblivion Stone
+2 Plains
+3 Windswept Heath+13 cards
SB is meta-based so i can only throw out ideas. i like the PotT, but im not positive of how it does, so its just another option.
Goblin BiddingHeavy: 3 Worship
Light: 2 Worship
maybe 3 Pulse of the Tangle. havent tried it against Gobbo, but theoretically, they would have more creatures that you. that gives you a hefty number of 3/3 beasts. if anything, the tokens can block til you can execute an Ob. Stone.
RAHeavy: 4 Oxidize

maybe 3 Pulse of the Tangle for light meta. they come in handy in more matchups than just artifact decks, where more hate takes up space. 8 MD artihate hurts them affintiy quite a bit already. unfortunately, i have the feeling that Disciple will tear you to shreds and i cant think of any mono green that could handle him. he even gets around Worship. that bastage. maybe Purge. maybe not. depends on how white dependent you are willing to get.
LDHeavy: 3 Sacred Ground
Light: 3 Worship
SG is a no brainer. Worships can stall til you get your Abunas combo out. LD's lack of mass removal will make your combo = win. thank god he only costs 4 mana, otherwise he is unplayable against LD.
Slide/RiftHeavy: 3 Stablizer
Light: 2 Stablizer
you dont have to worry about Astral Slide for the most. part. Rift does cause problems though and should be the primary target of your Nats. Angels and Dragons... no clue. sorry.
in conclusion, i dont think you can hold this to monogreen. white (or red possibly) will be needed. green lacks the creature removal that is so needed in todays aggro/weenie environment. if you get nothing else out of what i said, take that monogreen T2 is near impossible. that and that Phage is pointless in this deck.
