I have these Astral slides, but I really have no idea how to make a slide deck. Well, this is for casual, so far I'm thinking of putting in
Astral Slide (Obviously) Secluded Steppe Tranquil Thicket Confessor Auramancer Cartographer Mageta the Lion (?) Dimensional Breach (?) Kismet Stoic Champion Some random G/W cyclers Saga Cycling lands
What else might I use?

some suggestions... Wrath of God instead of Mageta. akroma's blessing renewed faith(1W to cycle and you get 2 life...) krosan tusker hystrodon exalted angel wood elves (great to slide out, you get an extra land untapped in play every time it comes back in) Break Asunder Invigortating boon that is if you want to play GW. There's also WR slide tht runs Lightning Rifts... I like GW better though. here's what I run

As far as slide is concerned now. You can still play slide rift where you basically only need 1 or 2 red sources to cast lightning rift. but for the most part use wrath of god decree of justice eternal dragon eternal witness secluded steppe windswept heath traquil thicket solemn simulacrum akroma's vengeance and maybe some other good white utility krosan tusker isnt bad and plow under is insane. maybe senseis diving top sakura tribe elder and kodama's reach. you can also get a good idea from running a search on julien nuijtens 2004 world championship deck which was an eternal slide that won worlds and another top 8 slide rift deck that was played by terry soh.

I was always a fan of Lightning Rift with slide, but that's just me. I once cycled a Lightning Rift to trigger a Lightning Rift to beat my little brother. He never even noticed, not that I recommend that.

I find that Eternal Dragon works rather well in a slide deck. With them around, you'll always have something to cycle, unless someone removes it from the game or forces you to shuffle it into your library.
