Spiderman 2 (plus the "rest of your life" chapter) (PS2) Pretty good. Its the best super hero game...ever...but i guess thats not saying much. Its alot of fun to just run arround the city and fork arround (see, GTA). And if you were to try to perfect the game... There is SOO much to do. There is 500 bagillion little markers and token thing to collect. Over 100 of them are challenge markers...where you have to race from 1 part of the city to another. And then each challenge marker has to be done twice and some are hard enough the first time. So the game has a VERY long lasting appeal if your trying to perfect it, and the game itself is ALOT of fun.

The Hobbit for GC. Upsides: Sweet graphics, lotsa good voice acting. Downsides: Terrible, TERRIBLE storyline mutilations and its difficult to get used to the audacious hobbit's fighting style.
Rating: 7/10, unless you tend to enter a mad rage whenever you see deviations from Tolkien storylines. Then you'd better steer clear.
BTW I beat Tales of Symphonia 3 times since the last time I posted on this thread. Man, "mania" difficulty takes FOREVER without grade shop purchases...
I'm gonna buy Pikmin 2 as soon as I can get to someplace that sells it. II hope its as good as the original.

Since the last time i posted... Tony Hawks Underground 2- Pretty fun, only played (quickly) through the career mode, and it was pretty sweet. I didn't play any of the classic, or try to perfect any of the levels of the Career (i rented it) so meh. Pretty fun though. Burnout 2- Forking awesome. If you like racing games...w00t! And i am 1 race away from perfecting Burnout 2...but i kinda got sidetracked with GTA...playing that now.

I beat Shadow Hearts: Covenant last week. This is an incredible RPG for those of you who are into that sort of thing. It has a great plot and storyline, and is absolutely the goofiest game I can think of. Besides the main character in your party you have: -A professional wrestler/vampire whose lines are always hilarious. He gets new weapons by finding them laying around. In the course of a game I uprooted a mailbox, took a pillar off of a wall, pulled a Tuna out of the snow, yanked a locker off the wall, and picked up a clay idol to use as weapons. -Anastasia Romanov (yes, thatRomanov) Who busts out a camera in the middle of battle -A puppetter named Gepetto who attacts via a marionette -A talking wolf -A fortuneteller who uses aromatherapy in battle -a samurai whose ultimate form is a caveman -a german soldier who is skilled at fencing and reads Wagner scenes to get new moves.
This game was really good....
oh, I also beat Tales of Symphonia and Star Ocean over winter break.

I just finished Pikmin II for GCN. It's extremely fun and improves on its predecessor in many ways. Two new types of pikmin, no in-game day limit, 200-something treasures as opposed to 30, etc... Commanding armies of plant thingies to fight giant insects and gather treasure may not sound like something that anyone over 10 would enjoy, but it is suprisingly addicting and quite a challenge at times. I highly reccomend it. The designers must have been trippin on acid when they made it though...Actually, being in that state would make the game seem to make more sense while playing it as well...not that I was... *elaves*

Super Mario 64 DS The first game i've finished on the DS. It wasn't exactly the same as the N64 version. It had alot of new things. New secrets, a couple new levels, and even new characters! Its enough to keep the game interesting and different from the Nintendo64 version, yet its pretty much the same for the old fans. The Graphics aren't quite there. Obviously the N64 version will have the better graphics, but this still looks pretty damn good. I was suprised to see such graphics come from a hand-held. Which is why i like the DS so much. The gameplay...eek. My only problem was the buttons were a bit iffy. They're just too small, you end up hitting the wrong buttons, or having to put you hands in weird positions so you could hit 2 buttons at the same time for some sort of combo...and it just didn't work out. You get the hang of it after awhile, and its not as much of a problem. Also, the D-pad makes it a little harder to control. And then theres the camera. Lets just say i felt like i was playing Prince of Persia alot of the time. Overall, the game isn't too bad. Its still fun, despite the few flaws. I can't really compare it to any other games for the DS, but compared to those silly little Gameboy things, this is forking amazing! And the game is pretty good too.

Well I got to level 60 in World of Warcraft, and although the game is not even nearly over at level 60, It's close enough.
