This is the Official Warnings Thread.
It will remain locked, so that only Global Mods and The Admin can post on it.

This is the list of all members warned for spamming, flaming, trolling, or missuse of the system.

The format will be as follows:

User Name
1. Warning given on: Date
Reason: put reason here
2. Warning given on: Date
Reason: put reason here
3. Warning given on: Date
Reason: put reason here

BANNED

After the third warning, the member will be banned, and their account deleted. Please post this after the last warning as seen in the example.
