Where do you get those jumping up and down anime girls?AAAARRRRGGGGG! I want them. Ive read the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I thought The Silmarillion was more like a history lesson.

We all want them, molten one. We all do. And yes, the Simarillion was dryer than a rice cake, though it was very informative. Too bad all the info was about somewhere that doesn't exist in the known universe (not that much of the universe is known, and not that this is necessarily the only universe) but you know what I mean.

Actually, The Silmarillion was my favorite. I didn't think it was dry at all -- but that's probably because my copy is wet (it's the only book -- EVAR -- that made me cry).

Really? Well maybe I read it when I was too young. Its been several years since I read it. Maybe I'll try it again.

It does start out slow, but it picks up so much in the middle and end it's worth it.

Indeed, some of the old threads are pretty funny actually. I was looking at the old posts in the Magic section (was going to look at one of those "What is your favorite color/creature/card/magic set" threads) and found the posts between Kemykal and Elfie on this thread to be hilarious.
